It's here - Blog Around the World ..

Posted by Picasa

Today is the day, hello all my fellow blog around the world
blog hoppers !
Welcome to my corner of the world, Phoenix, Arizona. This
is a photo from my back yard of the Saguaro cactus that is
on the other side of my wall. Looks like there is a visitor today :)

Coming up this week I will be doing my new M Cubed
post on Monday and later will be asking for suggestions
with something else.

Have a great weekend and don't forget to go visit
Julie for the next part of your journey around the world.

What a prickly perch for the bird! I suppose they are used to that. Thanks for the peek out of your window!

From snow capped mountains to cacti! I expect that bird is used to getting spikey feet...lol! Love the flowers on the stem. I'm used to seeing little wizened cacti in pots so this one is glorious!

Wow! Now I feel like I may have seen everything on this trip. A cactus in your garden.

Cool!

Great photo!

Thanks for the comment you left for me. I shop at PaperVineyard all the time! In fact, it's owned by a friend of mine who I used to work with at Recollections (before Michael's closed them).

Wow - we saw some saguaros in late September when we visited Phoenix. We stayed out in Peroria and took several tours plus visit with grandchildren. Love your picture.

Ooooo! A Saguaro!! How cool is that!! (I know, it must seem mundane to you, but I've never seen one in person). Love that you captured the bird there!

Wow, a cactus! You certainly don't get many of those round our way. This is one amazing trip. Thanks for letting me stop by today.

Now that is something you don't see out many windows! I'll be in Phoenix late jan/early feb - my first time ever - for a business trip. Looking forward to the sites.

What an amazing photo. You would never find a cactus like that where I live in England! Ours remain small enough to have in a pot on a windowsill!
